Smart Remote—Control your electric vehicle from your mobile phone.

The Global Hawk K17AS is the JV Company’s first internet-enabled smart electric vehicle (“EV”), and is an upgraded model based on the Global Hawk K17A. The technology available in this smart EV is a major step forward from the previous model, and with the new smartphone features that it incorporates, the K17AS will be as connected to your life as your smartphone is. Innovative features include in-vehicle 4G Internet access, user remote control over vehicle software, remote monitoring, and tamper detection, all of which allow the vehicle owner to enjoy a truly “smart” car.

The K17AS’s center console is equipped with the latest generation of 12.1-inch touch screen, co-developed by Kandi and Hikvision, and uses Alibaba’s YunOS smartphone operating system to support a multifaceted infotainment system that delivers navigation, music, internet search functions, vehicle status monitoring, driving behavior data analysis, and more. Drivers of the K17AS will have access to customized feature selections to enhance their driving experiences through advanced data analysis.

The K17AS comes with a complete set of dual user-machine interface application systems, combining market-leading touch screens with traditional control knobs and buttons. With touch screen-based user interface features controlling the lighting, doors, windows, air conditioning, trunk, wireless Internet access, and other key functions, the K17AS is the JV Company’s rising star.

The K17AS’s internet-based wireless remote control feature also incorporates real-time data feeds to alert customer service centers to provide advanced safety protections, such as automatic alerts during unusual driving scenarios or sudden malfunctions. With these real time-time customer service center transmissions, drivers will be able to receive immediate and custom-tailored assistance. Drivers can control almost every vehicle function from a distance - from powering on, opening doors and windows, operating lights and air conditioning, downloading software updates and more - with a touch of a smartphone, thanks to the K17AS’s wireless remote control function.

Mr. Hu Xiaoming, Chairman of Kandi commented, “in today’s increasingly internet-focused society, car-sharing is continuing its rapid worldwide growth, and will be the ultimate path for EV development. Kandi will take advantage of this opportunity to break through and become a pioneer in China’s EV industry. The implementation of EV car-sharing is also a practical demonstration of the concept of “two mountains”, as articulated by Xi Jinping, the President of China. President Xi gave a speech calling for two “mountains” - the first mountain being technological development, including with regard to basic services that improve peoples’ lives. The second mountain he called his “mountain of gold”, meaning a return to nature. President Xi called clean forests and clean water the real “gold” of China. Guided by five major development concepts—innovation, coordination, environmental protection, openness and sharing - disruptive technology, together with continued evolution of the Internet, will promote the expansion of EV use and other environmentally-friendly consumer experiences. We believe that in the near future, Kandi’s EV car-sharing model will become a trend in China’s major cities. The adoption of our EV car-sharing model will alleviate urban traffic congestion and environmental pollution. Kandi is working hard to make its contribution to achieve “Green Transport, Smart China” and to keep urban traffic clear and the environment pristine.”
